Workin 9-5

Well I have almost completed one full week of "work" in 5 years.

I like working and staying busy, I think I will love the job, the people are nice and trainers are very patient.
The information that I have to learn will be a huge challenge, I need to learn 135 labs worth of information, testing, ect in 10 weeks.
To better put it in perspective ARUP does over 3500 lab tests a day, and each doctors office calls wanting results and information.
And on top of that we also do all the tracking for all the incoming boxes of samples waiting to be tested, so couriers will call me and give me lots and lots of numbers and I have to input them all into the data base.
On top of all this learning each month I am required to complete a CEU, these dont take much time but I dont have a spare min as it is.

more downsides to a paycheck...
I miss Corben, I am struggling with this bit, alot. Once I come home its food, bath and bed.
no time or energy for play. At least I get to hold him until he falls asleep at night.
I am so thankful I have a wondermazing sister who is watching Corben every day.
Thank you Thank you thank you! Your just wow!

Besides not having alot of time with corben the absolute worst part of my job is the drive time.
I changed my schedule around a bit and I hope this will cut down 1 hour of sitting in traffic each day, as it is its 50min to work and over a hour to get home. And don't get me started on finding a parking spot.

Well I am off to bed, got to get up early and do it all over again.
sigh.
